Conditions of treatment room:

general:

• Treatments will only be given to guests aged 16 and over!
• Please come to the treatments in comfortable clothing and undergarments.
• It is recommended not to eat for at least one hour before starting treatment.

Orders, changes, and cancellations:

• It is recommended to book treatments for about a week before the date of arrival and not later than 24 hours from the date of arrival.
• Arrive about 10 minutes before the treatment starts, to the waiting room, and wait for escort to the treatment room.

(During the launch time treatments will be given in the guest suite only.(

• Cancellation must be notified at least 5 hours in advance – cancellation at the last minute will result in a charge of 50% of the value of the treatment.
• A delay of more than 30 minutes for the designated treatment time will be considered as a cancellation and no refund will be possible.
• Payment for the treatments will be charged in advance at the time of the order.
• There may be changes in the operating hours of the treatment room and in the variety of treatments.
• Prices on the site include VAT

Medical conditions:

• In cases of high blood pressure, cardio, illness, recovery – consult your doctor before ordering.
• Treatments for pregnant women will be given only from week 16 to week 37, provided that the pregnancy is normal and with medical approval only.
